Lassad Chaouachi

Lassad Chaouachi has 20 years of experience in IT and Telecommunication in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He founded Novatel IT Group in 2011 in order to deliver end-to-end innovative IT, Telecommunications, and Engineering services, and has since expanded the company in France, the Middle East, and West Africa. In 2021, when Luceor became part of the Novatel IT Group, Lassad took on his new role heading up business development for Luceor.

For 12 years prior, Lassad was head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Nokia. During his tenure, he oversaw the delivery of over € 100 million in telecom projects (2G, 3G) and managed more than 400 engineers and project managers across several countries.

Prior to that, Lassad was a project manager for the Thales Group, a global technology leader in Big Data, artificial intelligence, connectivity, cybersecurity, and quantum computing. Over 4 years he successfully delivered key projects with 80 different teams throughout the Middle East.

Lassad received a B.E. degree in Radio Analog Research & Engineering from Polytech Paris.
