Many years ago, Luceor was built on the premise that most connectivity solutions for critical applications are not optimized, agile, or sufficient to meet the demands for continuous connectivity, rapidly changing user needs, and simplification of complexity. Existing fixed infrastructure solutions (Wifi, public/private LTE or 5G) are, individually, insufficient to have the right mix of bandwidth, security, privacy, coverage, and price.
Initially an R&D spinoff from a French research institute, Luceor developed its patented WiMESH technology back in 2012, and quickly became a leading French company to provide private network infrastructure for military and public safety needs, later expanding to industrial operations, event security, mobile infrastructures in large cities (ports, tramways, etc.).
In 2021, Luceor was acquired by a new leadership team, bringing a renewed strategic vision and a more robust technological foundation. This transition enabled the integration of key engineering talent and advanced expertise in radio design and signal processing. It also expanded the company’s market presence, particularly across the Middle East and Africa. Since then, Luceor has been driven by a forward-looking approach to meet the evolving demands of specialized networking, resulting in the development of more advanced WiMESH and HyMESH solutions that deliver exceptional adaptability and connectivity assurance.
