Bernadette has 18+ years of experience managing the strategic vision for building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals, having done so previously with companies such as Nokia, Unilever, and Nexans. She is familiar with best practices to facilitate Luceor’s People work ranging from selection and evaluation to measuring engagement. She knows how to hire top talent and help grow them reach their top potential. She is also an expert in change management, aided by her background in Psychology.
She has previously held leadership positions not only in the People space but also as head of regional managed services projects in places such as Africa, where she lead a merger integration process and other change management initiatives. She has extensive experience with restructuring plans, benefit harmonization, talent development and succession planning, and supporting the setup of new offices from both a legal and people perspective.
