                            About Mohamed TLICH

In 2021, Mohamed Tlich took over as CEO of Luceor, a global leader in specialized connectivity solutions for both mobile and fixed applications. Today, Luceor is supporting clients in 15 different countries in a broad array of markets, with offices across France, the Middle East, and North and Subsaharan Africa. Luceor is part of the Novatel IT Group of companies, delivering innovative IT, telecommunications, and engineering services to its customers.

Back In 2008, Mohamed co-founded his first networking company, Codintek. Codintek provided custom commercial wireless communications services for industrial, military, telecommunications, and oil & gas clients for many years. Building on the success of this initiative, he integrated Codintek’s innovative engineering resources with Luceor’s wireless mesh technology (Wimesh) product applications to advance Luceor’s approach to innovation. Luceor has since expanded its product offering to include Hybrid Mesh networks and continues to innovate.

With 16 patents and 30+ publications, Mohamed is an expert in the development and implementation of new wireless communication techniques to increase system throughput and communication distances, increase network density, reduce power consumption, mitigate interference and optimize network utilization. He enjoys helping enterprise customers meet their unique wireless communication needs, which often include smart mesh, microwave, IoT, 5G, and other digital communication applications. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Telecom Paris.

Mohamed started off his career as an Engineer in Digital Signal Processing at Orange, where he designed and developed measuring devices for field service technicians that resulted in a 15x reduction in cost compared to previous solutions and are still used today by thousands of Orange technicians in multiple countries.

                            About Cyril-Alexandre PACHON

Cyril-Alexandre Pachon has over 16 years of experience as a professor and researcher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and robotics. In that regard, he is currently the director of Technology and AI within Luceor.

During his early research work, he helped to pioneer the standardization of computer program robustness testing. He developed a tool that checks the conformity of programs by modeling them, and then providing an automatic solution to ensure a program’s good behavior in the case of detected failures.

In December 2020, Cyril, along with his functions as director of the Grenoble Campus, became a professor and the AI curriculum director at Hexagone, a computer-engineering school that offers three specialties: Information Technology (IT), AI, and Cyberdefense.

Prior to that, Cyril became the director of the “Make it Real” robotics laboratory in 2012. He created, built, and ran an inter-campus robotics competition. The idea is to have a 24-hour robotics hackathon. The teams use the game board to learn about the problem and then design a robot to resolve it.

Cyril holds a PhD in Computer Science, Systems and Communication from the University of Grenoble.

She was a critical participant in the launch of MathWorks’ French subsidiary and helped the company to grow significantly. She similarly helped Aspect Software, a U.S. based firm, to grow its new French subsidiary and offices in Paris.
