Professional WiFi datasheets, user guides and installation manuals are available without a form or account whenever a file is published. LTE / 5G, controller and accessory documentation also uses open downloads.
Do I need an account for WiMesh® or HyMesh® documents?+
No. Complete the short request form to access the selected documents. We record your contact details, the requested products and any project notes as a prospect enquiry. This does not create a user account.
How do I receive my requested documents?+
After submitting your contact details, download your documents directly. Links remain available for 10 minutes and each can be used once. If a link expires, submit a new request. No account is required.
Where are software and firmware downloads?+
Use “Sign in to your account” above to open the LUCEOR customer portal. Software and firmware access requires a user account. For help with a particular version or device, contact support@luceor.com.
Why can’t I find a user guide for my product?+
The library lists documents that are currently available. If a manual is not listed, contact support with the exact product name and the document you need. An installation guide may also contain initial configuration instructions.
What happens if I create an account later?+
When you create and verify an account using the same email address, your previous document requests are linked to your account. Your organisation’s sites, equipment, purchases and licences can then be managed in the customer portal.
